Recruiting preview

I recently landed a co-op internship with an Oil & Gas company in Fort McMurray. I will be working in the Recruitment department for 4 months gaining practical knowledge & experience about how a company operates its recruitment process. I will be working with Recruiters for apprentices, co-op students, new graduates, internal recruits/transfers and experienced employees too. It should provide me with a well rounded understanding of the recruitment process for a larger oil company and the difficulties companies in Fort McMurray face while trying to recruit employees.
